2) Should you not be ensured or satisfied by our response, you can lodge a refund request at info@elegantpatches.com. Please do not forget to mention your order number, date of delivery and the name of person with whom you were dealing.
3) Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of final files delivery.
4) Please note that elegantpatches.com has full rights to attempt to solve your disputes, and try to provide you with better solutions other than refunds. Should it not satisfy you, refund would surely be made.
5) Any charges that have been incurred in transfer of funds to and from elegantpatches.com would not be reimbursed and payments would be made after deduction.
6) Refunds would be subject to any taxation or services charges if applicable.
7) Refunds would not be made to any other persons, company, website or projects on going at elegantpatches.com
